This session aims to educate younger lawyers on becoming more inclusive and fit for future growth as part of the Junior Lawyers Professional Certification Programme. The participants receive a curated solution in the form of an interactive and engaging game session to raise awareness on the concept of privilege, unconscious bias and how one can use their voice to become better, more inclusive peers and leaders in the workplace.
