    This event is part of SAL’s series of member-only events “Legal Minds, Healthy Lives”, where we focus on mental wellness and overall wellbeing. The first session in the Fitness edition, SAL has partnered with Brompton to bring our very first bike ride!  

     

    It doesn’t matter whether you’re a first-time rider or an experienced one, from beginner to experienced riders, join fellow members for a leisurely 10km ride around the Marina Bay area, with views of the CBD, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. The route is here.  

     

    If you do not own your own bicycle, but wish to participate, Brompton has limited bikes available for loan, specifically for this session. If you wish to loan one of the Brompton Bikes for the ride, please fill in this form here.

    This event is part of SAL’s series of member-only events “Legal Minds, Healthy Lives”, where we focus on mental wellness and overall wellbeing. This first session in the Wellness edition focuses on physical health and wellness, looking at nutritional values of your food intake, importance of your gut health, and also to answer your questions on the trend of intermittent fasting.
