Overview
With Optional Module E to the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract, collaborative contracting has begun to be adopted in Singapore, notably for the Punggol Digital District. This seminar will explore international experience of collaborative contracting, including new form contracts such as Alliance Contracting and Integrated Project Delivery. It will also discuss how lawyers can contribute to the success of such projects, and whether there is a role for the “project lawyer”.
Join us virtually for insightful presentations and a stellar panel on Collaborative Contracting!
