[Webinar] Annual Review of 2021 Cases on Conflict of Laws
There have been many significant cases handed down by the Singapore Courts in 2019 relating to conflict of law. Our speakers will examine these cases which dealt with jurisdiction and stay of proceedings, choice of law considerations, restraint of foreign proceedings and enforcement of foreign judgments. The significance of these cases in light of the recent changes in the Rules of Court 2021 (which came into effect on 1 April 2022) will also be briefly covered.
