[Webinar] Work Injury Claims: Claims under the Common Law and the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA)
Venue: Zoom Webinar
When an employee suffers a work-related injury, he or she can choose to file either a civil suit under the common law in the Courts or a claim under the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) with the Ministry of Manpower, but not both.
