The webinar provides an overview of the UNIDROIT Principle on Digital Assets and Private Law, discusses varying definitions of digital assets and concepts such as control and possession, examines property law treatment of digital assets in different jurisdictions, as well as the creation of security interests over such assets, focusing on China and Singapore, with general reference to other common law and civil law jurisdictions.
