This session will take the form of a panel discussion, featuring experienced practitioners and in-house counsel who will share practical insights on what it takes to succeed in today’s legal landscape.
The panellists will explore key factors such as responsiveness, personal chemistry, cultural awareness, and strategic career development. Discussions will cover how younger lawyers can build strong client relationships, attract and retain foreign clients, transition into private or barristers’ practice, and grow a successful corporate law career. In-house counsel will also offer perspectives on what corporate clients value in their legal teams.
