[In Person] SAL Annual Review of 2022 Cases on Admiralty and Shipping

There have been several decisions from the Singapore Courts in 2022.  One of which is The Jeil Crystal [2022] SGCA 66 where the Court of Appeal considered whether a warrant of arrest may be upheld based on a cause of action that was not originally pleaded when the warrant of arrest was issued. The Singapore Courts also considered cases dealing with misdelivery claims under bills of lading in the course of 2022.
