Cryptoassets and Civil Procedure Law (Singapore edition) examines how Singapore’s civil procedure law responds to the advent of cryptoassets.

It is divided into 13 parts. Each part is dedicated to a problem that a party to a civil proceeding before the Singapore courts may face. The solution provided by Singapore’s civil procedure law is discussed, as well as an analysis of how well that solution responds to the advent of cryptoassets. Singapore’s insolvency and debt restructuring framework has undergone tremendous change in the last decade. The Singapore Mental Capacity Act 2008 (2020 Rev Ed) (“MCA”), enacted in 2008 and implemented in 2010, celebrates 15 years as a vital part of Singapore’s legal landscape.
