The Guide, setting out best practices and ideal standards specific to disputes work, was published on 15 October 2025 and is available here.
Join us as the authors of the Guide, Mr Ng Jern-Fei KC (King’s Counsel, Arbitrator, Duxton Hill Chambers, Singapore Group Practice), Mr Paul Tan (Independent counsel and arbitrator, One Essex Court) and Ms Una Khng (Commercial Disputes Practice Group, Helmsman LLC) explain the guide, with a discussion thereafter moderated by the Honourable Justice Valerie Thean.Learning Objectives
Participants will:
(a) Understand the contents of the Guide;
(b) Examine and query the authors of the Guide; and
(c) Utilise and apply the Guide in the course of their work.
