Lim Tat was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989 and has more than 30 years of experience in dispute resolution practice. He has served as a mediator and advocated for clients in over 800 mediated cases. He has been recognized by Who’sWhoLegal : Mediation every year since 2016 and ranked as a WWL Global Elite Thought Leader since 2022.

As a commercial mediator, Tat has collaborated with many distinguished mediation advocates and practitioners, Senior Counsel and King’s Counsel, from many jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

For this activity, participants are reminded to sign in on arrival and sign out at the conclusion of each day of the event in the manner required by the organiser. Participants must not be absent from each day of the event for more than 15 minutes. Participants who attend and comply strictly with the Attendance Policy on that day may obtain Public CPD Points. Participants who do not comply with the Attendance Policy on any particular day of the event will not be able to obtain CPD Points for that day.
