In an era where legal departments are shaped by digital transformation, rising costs and stakeholder expectations, our one-day programme, “From Cost Center to Value Driver: Strategic Legal Operations” empowers legal professionals to lead with confidence and agility. The agenda, inspired by leading industry benchmarks and the latest in legal innovation, blends thought-provoking topics, strategic frameworks, practical tools, and hands-on exercises to address the full spectrum of legal department priorities from strategy setting to operational processes such as contract lifecycle management, financial stewardship, and GenAI adoption.
