By the end of the programme, they can expect to become familiar with or have greater understanding of this expansive practice area.
As this is not a basic course, participants should have at least 5 years of Data and Digital Economy Law/TMT practice experience. Non-legal professionals from the tech industry may also register but they should possess foundational knowledge in this area of law. Participants are expected to be familiar with the basic concepts including governing laws and regulations.
