Serena Lim
Founder and Director
Bizibody Technology

Serena Lim is a trailblazer in Singapore’s legal tech scene, with over 25 years of experience transforming legal practice through innovative technology solutions. Her deep understanding of legal pain points stems from 11 years as a practising lawyer at Khattar Wong & Partners, where she specialised in corporate and real estate law.

Since founding Bizibody Technology in 2000 and Litigation Edge in 2011, Serena’s companies have supported over 200 law firms in adopting tools for practice management, case management, and document automation across both contentious and non-contentious work. Today, her mission is clear: to make AI usable and empowering for everyday legal work.

Serena trains lawyers from small and mid-sized firms in prompt engineering and the practical use of both public and legal AI tools, demonstrating how AI can assist in drafting, document review, and internal knowledge capture. She actively partners with law firms to implement and refine AI-driven workflows tailored to their needs. Serena’s work bridges traditional legal practice and emerging technologies, drawing on her extensive legal background to guide professionals in the practical adoption of AI in their daily work.
