To mark the 15th anniversary of the enactment of the Singapore Mental Capacity Act (MCA), this seminar will delve into the legal framework designed to protect individuals aged 21 and above who lack the mental capacity to make decisions independently.
The four authors aim to provide a clear and practical understanding of the Act’s provisions and its evolving role in an ageing and more inclusive society.
