The course is developed by the Singapore Academy of Law in conjunction with the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and is supported by a working group comprising Judicial Officers of the Family Justice Courts and senior family lawyers.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to evaluate and analyse client circumstances and legal situations to provide commercially practicable legal advice aligned with ESG principles and strategies to protect and promote client’s interests, specifically for corporate governance structures.
Participants can expect to undertake practical drafting lessons on how to review and revise sample corporate policies to include sustainability principles and sustainability clauses for corporate governance and strategy.
